At Document Destruction, we offer several services to secure your information. The principle difference between our on-site and off-site methods is simple: on-site processing occurs on your premises, and off-site processing takes place in our secured facility.

Step 1: Container Installation
Document Destruction, LLC will install specifically designed security containers that are HIPAA Compliant throughout your facility in designated areas. |

Step 2: Pickup
Our bonded, uniformed personnel will collect your confidential materials from the secure containers on a regular scheduled basis and complete the destruction process on the premises. If you would like, we encourage you to view the destruction process. Rest assured that your information is always secure and protected.

Step 3: Processing
The documents are processed through an industrial shredder, leaving confetti-sized pieces. The shredded remains are then recycled for the betterment of our environment.

Step 4: Certification
Document Destruction provides you with a certificate of destruction with the invoice at the conclusion of the transaction.
